La Fleuriaye
Located at Carquefou, the business center Performance Space houses companies from the higher tertiary sector in the areas of Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science and Industrial Automation.

La Chantrerie
The dedicated building is situated right next to the science and technology park, a large number of innovative companies, research bodies and higher education establishments. 3,400 sq. m. of office space and workshops can be rented out to young companies under special conditions, accompanied by a number of shared services and assistance for company creators.

2013: A new building at the La Chantrerie site, a technology showcase for the know-how and expertise of Loire region players in ITC.
To meet the accommodation requirements of companies in the ITC industry, a new technological building entirely dedicated to technologies and communication is now being built, and is due to open in mid-2013. This new, innovative building will meet the needs of these companies whatever their stage of development.
Atlanpole: the operational relay for the Pays de la Loire "Image and Network" cluster
All these sites and local services have another aim in terms of creation and assistance: to build new bridges between research laboratories and local or regional ITC companies, particularly through the "Images and Network" competitiveness cluster with its all-inclusive reach.
