Innovons, a subsidiary of the QUARCO group, is a company dedicated to innovation in construction. Our ambition is to support construction projects to be more virtuous in terms of carbon consumption and greater use of bio-sourced materials. We propose to combine the use of concrete and wood in construction through our invention: the wood-concrete connector. This low-tech solution allows concrete floors to connect to vertical supports in MOB or CLT-type wooden frames. Our approach offers several advantages: reducing the carbon footprint of a construction, promoting off-site construction, and saving time during implementation. We are the sole provider in France of this patented system, which has already been successfully applied in notable projects such as the Olympic Games village in Paris. The Concrete Wood Connector (CBB) epitomizes our company's commitment to sustainable and responsible construction.
