MySkilliz is a software for professional assessment of people with disabilities employed in ESAT/EA, aiming at mobility, versatility, and professional integration into ordinary companies. Open to the company, MySkilliz allows businesses to actively participate in the assessment process, thereby strengthening the confidence of all stakeholders in the employability of individuals.
Built on strong values of self-determination and empowerment, MySkilliz places the self-assessment of people with disabilities at the heart of its model. In 2024, MySkilliz expands its scope to the professional integration and job retention of all individuals with disabilities, including fragile and/or distant from employment.
