Tronico is specialized in the design and integration of electronic systems for high added value equipment, throughout their life cycle.
In addition to its EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) business, Tronico has also established itself as an ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) in the development of complex electronic dominated systems.
The company is organized in “departments” (or ”business units”), which are adapted to the requirements of its markets: aerospace, biomedical, defense & security, energy, railway, industry, and electronic technology. This optimal organization facilitates technological, technical and functional synergies between markets.
From design to the manufacturing of electronic systems, from traditional companies (aviation, defence...) to start-ups.
For 5 years, we have set up several collaborative projects, with regional industrial firms and research laboratories, including Nantes University, and also worldwide (CNRS, CEA…).
Innovations often combine several technologies and therefore the networks and the ecosystem are key assets to drive them.
For 5 years, we have worked on the setting up of a technical team of high level (currently counting over 60 engineers), in order to gradually evolve from a production sub-contractor to a global service company. In the meantime, we have developed our presence outside France and have opened several offices abroad (Canada, USA…).
This strategy, led for 5 years, is showing its first results and we are very optimistic to achieve a 2-digit growth in the coming years.
