iAdvize is a conversational commerce platform that enables companies to engage their current customers and leads whether they are on website or on social media, from a single messaging solution (Chat, Voice, Video). Customers web audience can get advice in real time from the professional customer service but also from ambassadors – other customers, who are members of the brand communities. By putting back the human dimension into the online customer relationship, we enable companies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, and boost their performance. More than 2,500 sites worldwide use our tool in all business sectors. The company collaborates for example with Cdiscount, BMW, Numericable, VoyagesSNCF, Air France, Boursorama, La Poste and also Pôle Emploi.

A. : What about your connection with the Ecosystem network? J. H. :

The link was created from the very beginning of iAdvize with Atlanpole’s assistance and support. The cross-sharing exchanges with various industries also provide valuable information. In general, through Atlantic 2.0, Nantes Tech, etc., the digital and entrepreneurial ecosystem is important to us. We have forged friendships but also business partnerships with the regional participants. The first awards iAdvize won, which allowed us to become better known, are linked to the local ecosystem (Trophées Territoire de l’Innovation 2011, Entreprise d’avenir Région Ouest 2014, Révélation de l’Année Fast 50 2015).

A. : Expected outcomes within 3 to 5 years? J. H. :

To continue to grow and to strengthen our position as online customer relationship European leader, including the establishment of offices in European capitals and in the North American market.
